These were (mostly?) released in 1989, shortly before the switch to CSWF- numbering and the blue border re-releases, and price major price drops to ¥3,800 that RCA and Warner both did the same year. This is evidenced by the fact that the first CSWF- releases from RCA were also in 1989, and some still have a ¥13,000 price, presumably earlier in the year before the switch, while others were ¥3,800, presumably later in the year. In other words, 1989 was the transitional year between both pricing and catalog numbering for RCA.
